The Saints spent the pick that matters most on Shedeur Sanders, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

The Croskey-Merritt reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want. The roster is better shaped than it was, with edge rusher chief among the fixes.
