The steal of the weekend belongs to the Broncos and Mondon Jr.: B+.

You build a draft on nights like this. Smael Mondon Jr. had no business being available in the 199th pick, and the Broncos did the only sane thing and turned in the card. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but interior defensive lineman.
