Best value of the weekend goes to the Bears for Whittington: A-.

You could see the war room lean forward. Jordan Whittington at slot 238 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. It is not that Lassiter is a bad player; it is that the Bears had louder needs to answer first.

The Mills pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
