The Saints treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the Round 4 slot on Brant Kuithe a full 72 spots early. Little went right, and the F does not pretend otherwise.

That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. Whatever Carson Beck becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer.
