The Buccaneers cashed the board's mistake on Stroman: B-.

Somebody in slot 192 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Buccaneers sat still while Jalen Stroman, the No. 163 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The cost of the Traore reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
