The Jaguars did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Jamari Thrash fell into pick No. 162. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. That safety hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

They went 5 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The Mitch Morse deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.
