Quarterback settled, Ward in the fold, and a B- for the Giants. The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Giants spent their marquee pick on Cam Ward, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.
Badger has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Starks at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.
Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
