The Bears ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. The bottom line is a respectable B.

Jacobs at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The Bears indulged a want in Stover while a need in quarterback stayed open. If Worthy pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
