The Bengals torched the value chart for Evan Anderson, taking him 35 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
