The steal of the weekend belongs to the Bills and Johnson: B.

The Bills did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Will Johnson fell into Round 2, Pick 28. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Leaving linebacker unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

The back end got a real overhaul.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
