Call it larceny. T.J. Sanders sat on the board until Round 7, Pick 39, and the 49ers did not need to be asked twice. The board rewarded a patient, disciplined weekend with a A-.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up. Ed Ingram gives the group a proven body among the projects.

In the end it comes back to Abdul Carter, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
