Fairchild should have been long gone. The 49ers pounced, and earned a B.

You build a draft on nights like this. Dylan Fairchild had no business being available in pick 226, and the 49ers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

A whole weekend of picks and running back is somehow still a want. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.
