More right than wrong for the Chiefs, and a B+ to prove it.

The Chiefs did not so much draft Vincent Anthony Jr. as overpay for him, 52 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

They will regret leaving offensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. Landing Thompson that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

Good work on the whole, with offensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
