A costly weekend of dealing drags the Jets to a B-.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Jets, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The cost of the Chambliss reach is exactly the players who went right after him. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with quarterback the one that mattered most.

Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
