The Bears bet big and early on Nadame Tucker, 78 picks ahead of the board. Bold does not always mean right. It washes out to a C+, no better and no worse.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
