Nothing loud, just a tidy B+ for the Browns.

There is reaching, and then there is Jacob Rodriguez at slot 104. The Browns jumped the board by 60 and dared it to prove them wrong. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

They banked enough surplus on Haulcy to cover a lot of smaller sins. For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Adding Braelon Allen by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but tight end.
