Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Bears came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.

Limmer has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. The Hicks pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman, cornerback and other spots.

The Hicks pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
