A franchise passer in Mendoza headlines a D weekend for the Raiders.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Raiders shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

Everything downstream of Fernando Mendoza depends on Fernando Mendoza, and the building knows it. They will answer for taking linebacker early while running back, tight end and other spots went begging. They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it.

Every board in the league had Parker lower, and that gap is the story.

It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.

In the Round 1 slot they get their quarterback of the future. A real need, handled.
