A passer of the future in Mendoza, and a B+, for the Raiders.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Raiders spent their marquee pick on Fernando Mendoza, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Reaching for Young left real value on the table behind him. They banked enough surplus on Reese to cover a lot of smaller sins.

The Raiders indulged a want in Styles while a need in wide receiver, running back and other spots stayed open. That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
