Simon should have been long gone. The Jaguars pounced, and earned a B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Jaguars watched Cody Simon slide 100 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The cost of the Campbell reach is exactly the players who went right after him. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
