Draft Grade — Bills
Overall

FutureB
The Bills robbed the room for Gadsden II. Final grade: B+. The rest of the league will want that one back. Oronde Gadsden II tumbling to the Bills in the 172nd pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about.
The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. Lee III has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
Justin Skule gives the group a proven body among the projects.
Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
Pick Analysis
Pick29
Rnd1
Mike Green
In pick No. 29 they get a quarterback's worst nightmare at fair value. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick60
Rnd2
Jalon Walker
You do not let a linebacker like Jalon Walker reach slot 60 and blink. They did not. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick61
Rnd2
Deone Walker
They paid a round early for Deone Walker in the Round 2 slot, more than the board wanted. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick109
Rnd4
Kevin Winston Jr.
Kevin Winston Jr. is a better player than the 109th pick suggests; smart patience, rewarded. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick130
Rnd4
Savion Williams
Value with a capital V on Savion Williams in No. 130, a genuine coup. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick172
Rnd5
Oronde Gadsden II
Oronde Gadsden II at Round 5, Pick 34 is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. The roster fit checks out.
Pick176
Rnd6
Ar'maj Reed-Adams
A real head-scratcher, Ar'maj Reed-Adams in pick 176 is miles ahead of his ranking. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick204
Rnd6
Clay Webb
A premium they did not need to pay, Clay Webb a notch or two before his time. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick206
Rnd6
Will Lee III
They reached a country mile for Will Lee III at slot 206, and the board is aghast. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
