A passer of the future in Williams, and a D-, for the Bears.

The Bears lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

Whatever Caleb Williams becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Every board in the league had Bell lower, and that gap is the story.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and edge rusher is still a hole.
