When the story of this class is written, it opens with Drew Allar at pick No. 106, a reach of 51 spots that the board flatly disagrees with. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

That is a running back worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The roster is better shaped than it was, with running back chief among the fixes.
