Best value of the weekend goes to the Patriots for Harris: B. You could see the war room lean forward. Tre Harris at the 238th pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. No fireworks, but a solid B.
The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
The veteran additions, A.J. Brown chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not. Spend now, pay later; the math only works if this class delivers.
A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
