The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Dolphins spent their marquee pick on Drew Allar, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

They are betting Mahlman proves the room right and everyone else wrong. That Roberts pick is the receipt they will wave around later.
