When a board-topper like David Gusta slides to the Round 7 slot, you do not overthink it, and the Texans did not.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through running back. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
