The Bengals' one glaring miss is tight end, a need they left exactly as they found it. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

The Proctor pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with cornerback the one that mattered most. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
