A costly weekend of dealing drags the Ravens to a D+.

The Ravens did not so much draft Bryce Foster as overpay for him, 46 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. The math is unkind, and the D+ follows.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The Capehart value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
