Best value of the weekend goes to the Ravens for Franklin: B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Ravens were there to profit. Troy Franklin, the No. 25 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 62nd overall pick. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

The cost of the Taylor III reach is exactly the players who went right after him. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
