The Ravens won the night they stopped Dixon from sliding. Grade: B.

The trade table was a mismatch, and the Ravens were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Dixon falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.

Jordan Morgan in Round 2, Pick 3 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.

Xavier Worthy at No. 62 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. The roster fit checks out.

They read the board right and DJ James was the payoff at pick 91. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.

Javon Baker at the 93rd pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. It fills a real need, too.

No edge and no loss on Leonard Taylor III in the 113th overall pick; it is a wash and a sensible one. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.

A market-rate wide receiver, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Jamari Thrash. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
