Warren should have been long gone. The Cardinals pounced, and earned a B-.

The board owed the Cardinals one, and it paid up: Tyler Warren, the No. 17 name on the board, sitting there at the Round 2 slot like a gift left on the doorstep. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. They will need Lampkin to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
