You could see the war room lean forward. Josh Wallace at No. 248 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
