Grand theft in the Round 4 slot: the Steelers steal Abney II and grade out a B.

Call it larceny. Keith Abney II sat on the board until slot 135, and the Steelers did not need to be asked twice.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Spending an early pick on offensive lineman with quarterback, edge rusher and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The back end got a real overhaul.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
