Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bears were there to profit. Tyler Booker, the No. 37 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 5, Pick 10.

Every board in the league had Walker lower, and that gap is the story. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
