Every other box got a look, but wide receiver did not. The Rams will head to camp with the same hole they walked in with.

They banked enough surplus on Riley to cover a lot of smaller sins. Job largely done: safety settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
