A sensible, unshowy class lands the Rams a B.

Nobody else had Jordan Jefferson anywhere near the 127th pick. The Rams did, by 59 spots, and that gap is the whole story. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

On value alone, Hart makes the weekend a net positive. It is not that Arnold is a bad player; it is that the Rams had louder needs to answer first. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
