Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Rams were there to profit. Jahdae Barron, the No. 28 name on the board, should have been long gone before the Round 6 slot. They executed a plan and it shows in the A.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.

Every board in the league had Wease Jr. lower, and that gap is the story. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Jack Sawyer and all.
