Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Rams spent the Round 4 slot on Luke Lachey, a name most had 90 spots down the list. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Carroll pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

The Rams paired the rookies with proven help, Terence Steele leading the way.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
