The Raiders spent the pick that matters most on Fernando Mendoza, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. On value alone, Allen makes the weekend a net positive.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Luckie has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.
