The Raiders turned the phones into found money: B+. The Raiders put a flag in the ground for Dont'e Thornton Jr., 41 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit.
They banked enough surplus on Rourke to cover a lot of smaller sins. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The Raiders clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
