Mendoza is the plan now, and the Raiders grade out a A-.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Fernando Mendoza is the Raiders' quarterback, full stop.

They will need Peterson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The Lew value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
