There is reaching, and then there is JoJo Earle at the Round 4 slot. The Raiders jumped the board by 168 and dared it to prove them wrong.

Fernando Mendoza is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
