Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Raiders spent the 183rd pick on Patrick Payton, a name the board had a full 51 spots lower. It nets out to a B+, which feels about right.

A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. The Wheatley steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
