A franchise passer in Mendoza headlines a B- weekend for the Raiders.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Fernando Mendoza is the Raiders' quarterback, full stop.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. World has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

McNeil-Warren at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
