The Commanders let Haynes fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Christian Haynes tumbling to the Commanders in Round 3, Pick 37 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman. It is not that Stover is a bad player; it is that the Commanders had louder needs to answer first.

They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend. They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
