Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the 49ers spent No. 249 on Zion Logue, a name most had 40 spots down the list. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

That Barner pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
