You could see the war room lean forward. Javon Bullard at pick No. 104 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
