Everything else got attention, and quarterback got none. That is a strange way for the Lions to leave a draft. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They will need Jefferson to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
