Nothing loud, just a tidy B for the Cardinals.

It is a puzzling start. The Cardinals had quarterback, running back and other spots to solve and reached instead for Kris Abrams-Draine, a cornerback, at pick No. 90.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They banked enough surplus on Abrams-Draine to cover a lot of smaller sins. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
