Somebody in the 219th pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Giants sat still while Ollie Gordon II, the No. 159 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

So much rides on Shedeur Sanders that the rest of the class almost grades on a curve behind him. Reaching for Horn Jr. left real value on the table behind him.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. For all the activity, safety went untouched, which is hard to explain.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but safety.
